Question: How long will it take to receive feedback?
Answer: 24-48 hours
Question: I just selected my writing plan, scheduled my session and paid. What do I do now?
Answer: Meet me at your scheduled time. We will discuss your study plan and everything you need to know about your academic writing lessons at that time.

Question: How do I know how to improve?
Answer: You will receive notes on what your most common grammar mistakes are, what grammar points to work on, as well as specific ways on how to improve the structure and fluency of your writing.
Question: If feedback does not meet my expectations, can I get a refund?
Answer: If you are not satisfied after our first online meeting, you can request a full refund. Refunds will not be issued after that.
Question: I’m studying for the IELTS, not the TOEFL. Can I still send you an IELTS essay for evaluation?
Answer: Yes you can. However, you must provide the essay prompts and send them to me. For IELTS Writing Task 1, please send the graph and question along with your essay. For IELTS Writing Task 2, please send the question along with your essay.

Question: I'm studying for the GRE/GMAT, not the TOEFL. Can I send you these essays for evaluation?
Answer: Yes you can. However, you must provide the essay prompts and send them to me.
Question: When do I send you my essay?
Answer: After our first meeting, you will know: how to write your essay, what to write your essay(s) about and the exact way to send your essay to me. Essays that are sent six months after the date of payment will NOT be accepted.
Question: What format do I send my essay in?
Answer: TOEFL essays MUST be in the body of the email. Please DO NOT SEND ATTACHMENTS; .pdf, .doc, .docx formats will not be accepted.
Question: Can I send other TOEFL essays I’ve already written?
Answer: No. Your essay prompts will be provided. The reason for this is because some essay questions out there are from old TOEFL tests. They are outdated. It is important you work with up to date writing questions.
Question: Will you score my essay?
Answer: Yes. You will be given 2 scores. The first score will be on the scale of 0.0-5.0 (5.0 is excellent). This is the score that your real TOEFL human grader will give you before it is converted to a 30 point scale. The second score will be on a scale of 0-30 (30 is the perfect TOEFL writing score).

Question: Will you correct my grammar mistakes?
Answer: Yes. Grammar mistakes will be corrected. You will be able to see both your original writing and the corrected version.
